1) Answer: If you can, bring the unit into the shop. This will save you a bit of money. One of our technicians will be happy to give you a free consultation.

2) Answer: A qualified technician will look at your unit. They will give you an idea regarding possible problems, an estimated cost-range for repairs, and discuss with you if the unit is worth repairing.
3) Question: What if I want to have the unit repaired?
3) Answer: Depending on your unit model, make, and size, there will be a diagnostic fee.
4) Question: What is a diagnostic fee?
4) Answer: The diagnostic fee includes taking the unit apart, testing the components, troubleshooting, and researching for the availability and cost of parts (if needed).
5) Question: What happens after the diagnostic?
5) Answer: We will call you and tell you what the diagnostic is and what is involved in fixing your unit. This may include new parts or repairing existing parts. We will then inform you of any additional charges.
6) Question: What if I approve the repair estimate?
6) Answer: If there are any further repair cost for parts and/or labor, your diagnostic fee will apply toward this.
